Product color can vary depending on die lots. Colors are close, but computer monitors can change the look of the
color on items. Color cannot be guaranteed.

My Items Arrived Damaged
If your items arrive damaged, please report this to us within 3 days of your items arriving (posted delivery date per the courier). Items that are reported more than 3 days after delivery cannot be claimed as damaged to our vendors. Damages reported within 3 days will receive replacements at no cost. Damaged items, reported more than 3 days after delivery cannot be corrected. We will also require a picture of the damaged item upon opening in the packing material and discovering the item is damaged via email.
Missing Item From The Order
If your order arrived and there is a missing item, you will need to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order as to the item(s) that is missing. We check every shipment to make sure all items are shipped. However, on occassion it could happen, therefore, we require notification within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will investigate your order and if it is found that an item was not shipped, then we will ship the item to you. If you do not notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with a missing item(s), we will not ship another item, as it is considered the order is complete and there are no missing item(s).

Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax of 8.10% is collected for orders shipped within Nevada; tax is collected on the product and shipping total. No sales tax is collected on orders shipped outside the state of Nevada.
Shipping
We ship to most addresses Internationally, however, some restrictions apply. We reserve the right to change the shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as it would have to be a valid address.
All shipments are subject to an initial 72-hour processing time before the order is shipped. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the next business working day after the holiday(s). Although, our shipping software within our site is state of the art, sometimes the shipping has to be calculated manually and cannot be provided through the site. Therefore, you would need to contact Las Vegas Shot Glasses directly and shipping will be calculated. However, the purchase would not be able to be completed through the site, but would have to be completed by one of our courteous staff.
International Standard Shipping
Delivery takes approximately 7-35 business days to arrive at your destination. The order will be flown into the country then sent via the country's mail service.
**Please Note ~ All International Shipments ~ Shipping charges do not include any brokerge fees, customs fees or taxes that you may be charged on all International shipments. We are not responsible for International shipments, which are lost / stolen, or undeliverable, unless the shipment was sent via U.S.P.S. Express Mail, which would include a U.S.P.S. Express Mail tracking number, but this does not include the customs number, therefore, no refunds will be issued on such items claimed, unless the package was shipped via U.S.P.S. Express Mail. the order will flown into the country and sent via the country's mail service and there is no guarantee of delivery at a specified time, unless the items were shipped U.S.P.S. Express Mail.
